Report it is a privately held, New York State Corporation formed in April 1999. For over a decade Report it has been providing 24X7 technology based, online and telephone, anonymous hotline services.

Our Telephone Specialists

Our telephone specialists are Report it employees. They are trained professionals bound to a confidentiality agreement.

Telephone specialists will never provide advice or render opinion. They explain to the caller that we are an independent, third party service and we are here to assist them in escalating their information to management while helping them to maintain their anonymity.

The telephone specialist will ask the caller a series of specific questions from your custom reporting script. They will never intimidate or interrogate a caller. They will however, ask the next logical question to gather additional detail if appropriate. If the caller chooses to waive his or her right to anonymity, the specialist will take the callers name and contact and attach it to the information submitted.

Internal Policies

Preserving client confidentiality is of utmost priority at Report it. For more than 10 years we have been protecting our client’s data and system security by following best practices, policies and procedures. We have established our own high-level internal rules and guidelines in respect to client information, administrative access, system access, request verification, document and notes destruction, employee confidentiality, all controlled by Report it upper management.

To ensure a secure and enhanced level of confidentiality for our clients, we do not publicly display or flash client’s logos on our website.
