Rochester, N.Y. — The city now has another way community members can help combat crime in the city.
Mayor Malik Evans announced Tuesday the launch of Report It, a web-based app that allows anyone to report crimes anonymously.
Information about suspicious activity, weapons and domestic violence can all be communicated and submitted with photos.
Evans said it’s another tool to help keep the city safe and increase crime solvability.
